Fire Features Designed Around Your Life

Your outdoor fireplace or fire pit should reflect how you live, which is why we’ll work closely with you from start to finish.

It begins with a conversation about how you want to use your fire feature and the area around it, whether that’s quiet evenings for two, family get-togethers, or entertaining guests at your business.
From there, we’ll custom craft a fire feature that suits your property and complements your home’s architecture and landscaping.
We offer a design-to-maintenance model, which means you have one point of contact for design, construction, and long-term care. That continuity means nothing gets lost, and your new feature will be planned with nearby lighting, patio, walkways, planting beds, and seating areas in mind.

A Reputation Trusted for Generations

Quality That Speaks for Itself

I would recommend to them if asked. Preston Hollow client for over 10 years.
“Keane does an incredible job taking care of our lawn, our landscaping, our irrigation and our weekly maintenance. They go out of their way to make sure everything is looking good and always leaves it in GREAT shape. They also are quick to fix a problem like a broken sprinkler head.”

- Philip S.
Keane has exceeded our expectations for excellent landscaping services.
“Keane has been absolutely wonderful. We have a large lot (1 acre) and they have been exceptional in taking care of our landscaping at a fair price. The weekly maintenance has been top notch and our seasonal needs have been taken care of with utmost care. Mr. Tim Hill, in particular, always pays very close attention to the needs of our property. He is very professional, responsive, and trustworthy, and communicates clearly, always going above and beyond when a question arises.”

- Betty P.
I would highly recommend Keane for any outdoor projects.
“Used Keane Landscape for several outdoor projects including plants and hardscaoe as well as a water fountain pump replacement. Maurice and his team provided a detailed plan of work, schedule and the end result was exactly what we were looking for. The service was done in McKinney.”

- Mark N.

Our property needed some tender loving care, and Keane Landscaping has truly delivered. It has been a pleasure getting to know the crew, and Bree from the office staff has been wonderful—always helpful and quick to answer any questions I have.”

- Cindy M.
We've used Keane Landscaping for years, and they consistently do an outstanding job.
“Every season they handle our annual flowers, mulch, and refresh all of our flower beds and pots, and everything always looks fantastic when they're done. Their team is reliable, professional, and pays attention to the details that make a big difference. It's great to work with a company that is dependable year after year and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend Keane Landscaping to anyone looking for quality landscaping services.”

- Swastik L.
The end result couldn't be better.
“Keane understood immediately the problem we needed our landscaping to address. His solution was simple and cost effective. His team installed 8 very large Savannah Hollies to create privacy between the very large new build next to our original 1920s home in Dallas. His entire crew from installers to back office were professional and timely and the end result couldn’t be better.”

- Michele H.
We are truly lucky to have such a great company servicing the DFW community. Thanks again!!
“As soon as I knew I needed assistance, I reached out to Keane Landscaping and almost immediately received a prompt response from the owner. He was able to get in contact with the nearest technician to service my property. They were able to complete everything within the hour. From the initial contact to the technician onsite. The accounts receivable specialist, Bree, was able to assist all of my needs from beginning to end. Grade A service from beginning to end.”

- Michael S.
Highly recommend Keane.
“Great job installing tulip bulbs and pansies. Having a family Easter celebration with 31 members and very optimistic that the yard will look great!! Very fast installation and clean up was very good!! Highly recommend Keane and Tim Hill. Happy in Richardson.”

- Tamara B.
Overall, we had a great experience with them and will call on them again for our next landscaping project.
“We've had some bad experiences with tree trimming services in the past in Plano, TX, so we were looking to use a trustworthy and well known business with a good reputation. If that's you, Keane Landscaping is who you want to call. They did a phenomenal job pruning all our trees, fertilizing them, and rendering aid to one that was hurt. Their services are competitively priced and they do exactly what they say they'll do.”

The Benefits of a Custom Outdoor Fireplace or Fire Pit

We build fire features that are made to withstand North Texas’s weather conditions. That means durable materials and quality workmanship that hold up in summer heat, spring storms, and cool winter nights. The goal is a feature you can enjoy in every season, year after year.

Here are some of the best benefits of our fire features:

A natural gathering spot – A fire feature can draw people together and make your yard feel more like an extension of your home.
Year-round enjoyment – Cooler evenings become inviting rather than something to avoid, so you can use your outdoor space for more of the year.
A design that fits your space – Unlike off-the-shelf options, a custom build is sized and styled for your property.
Added curb appeal and property value – Quality hardscaping can make a lasting impression on guests, visitors, and potential buyers.
Cohesive outdoor living – We coordinate fire features with lighting, seating, and landscaping. That way, your whole outdoor space feels intentional and complete.
Commercial appeal – For businesses, a fireplace or fire pit can create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to stay longer.

Safety & Practical Considerations

You should be able to enjoy your outdoor fireplace or fire pit without worries. That’s why we’ll help you think through all the details that impact safety, maintenance, and how you enjoy your fire feature.

During the planning process, we can help you consider:

Placement – Choosing a location with safe clearance from your home, structures, trees, and overhead branches.
Fuel type – Weighing the practical differences between wood-burning and gas options, including convenience, maintenance, and ambiance
Materials – Selecting durable, heat-appropriate materials that suit your style and budget
Seating and traffic flow – Leaving enough room for people to gather comfortably and move around safely
Local requirements – Keeping in mind that city codes and regulations can affect where and how fire features can be installed
Long-term care – Planning for upkeep, so your fireplace or fire pit keeps looking and performing its best
